laboratory buildings
 

More than 530,000 sq ft of office and laboratory space has been completed to date.

This includes 100,000 sq ft completed during 2007 comprising, Fletcher House, Winchester House, the Sadler Building (a new amenity building) and a new building for Nominet, the internet registry for .uk domain names.
 

Further development is currently being planned and plots are available for pre-letting or presale on a design and build basis.

Proposed buildings have detailed planning consent and build-out can be quickly implemented.

Development plots have outline planning permission but not detailed planning consent. This allows additional flexibility in design to suit occupier requirements. Plots may be combined to allow larger buildings. Indicative plot sizes are:

  • Development Plot 12 - 60,000 sq ft (gross)
  • Development Plot 16 - 45,000 sq ft (gross)
  • Development Plot 18 - 30,000 sq ft (gross)
  • Development Plot 23 - 39,000 sq ft (gross)
  • Development Plot 24 - 80,000 sq ft (gross)
  • Development Plot 25 - 39,000 sq ft (gross)
  • Development Plot 26 - 29,000 sq ft (gross)
